Basic System Data
An unpleasant climate and unstable tectonics have left this world with a mostly nomadic society; there are about one hundred wandering tribes, each with its own leader and method of choosing that leader. The poles are the only geologically stable sections of the planet are the poles, and each harbors a make-shift starport. A few years ago the Emperor assigned Drev Krannor as the Imperial governor to this world. The natives adapted; as long as he is in one of the star ports and they are, his authority is supreme. Otherwise it is non-existent. This bizarre political climate has made this world a haven for smugglers, and almost anything can be purchased here – for a price.
