Power may be kept ‘up’

Special – Cannot have a Dark Side Point when attempting to learn or use this power. This power cannot be used in modules prior to Sparks #254: Darkness Consumes.

Effect – The user calls forth the light of their own spirit and channels the feelings of peace, generosity, and goodwill that reside there. Using the Force as a power source, they extend these positive emotions in waves of Light Side energy that radiate outward in an expanding sphere. This Light Side energy emanates out to a maximum of 30 meters depending on the user’s Control roll, affecting all Dark Side characters, creatures, spirits, or sites within that area. When activated, the player rolls his Alter score and checks his success on the following table:

In the case of Dark Side characters/creatures, those within the effective range of the power must make a Willpower check with the indicated difficulty or suffer a -1D penalty for every full 5 points they fail the Willpower check. If a Dark Side character/creature fails the Willpower check, they may not utilize Dark Side Points. If a Dark Side spirit is in the area of effect, they take the damage listed above. If the target is a Dark Side site, its power is reduced. When/Where this power overlaps with the Force Power Waves of Darkness they create a Null space where Waves of Darkness and Purity of Light do not function and cancel the effects of both powers in the area of overlap.

Note – Can only be learned in Sparks #254: Darkness Consumes or from a Master of the player character’s own discipline or Force tradition. Existing Masters in the campaign can learn this power or have this power added to their known list of Force powers only if their creator/author/controller petitions the SF7 Council which in turn will consult with the author of Sparks #254: Darkness Consumes, Anthony Jones.
