Disruptive, inappropriate, or unacceptable behavior from or toward any council member, judge or player is not permitted and will not be tolerated.
Should any CMJP have a grievance the recommended procedure for addressing a complaint is:
1. If comfortable, approach the person directly and ask the behavior to stop.
2. If uncomfortable in directly speaking with the person, or if the behavior persists, the complaint should then be directed to a council member within 7 days of the incident.
3. The council member will then assess the issue, communicate with the person, and take any disciplinary steps necessary at the time within 7 days of notification of complaint.
4. The council member should then document the complaint in writing… include date, time, place, persons involved and any witnesses so that if needed it can be reviewed by the council.
(The person making the complaint can request to be kept anonymous, the council will do so as much as possible)
Council members are expected to take ALL complaints seriously and address them appropriately on a case-by-case basis.
If any CMJP feel that their issue is not addressed by an individual Council Member, they have the right to bring it to the council as a whole by emailing oi.spuorg|licnuoC-7FS#oi.spuorg|licnuoC-7FS.
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
Any CMJP violating the code of conduct may be asked to leave an event, resign their volunteer position, and may be requested to discontinue future volunteer roles or involvement with Spark Force 7.
CMJP have 30 of days upon notification of disciplinary action to appeal to the Spark Force 7 Council at: oi.spuorg|licnuoC-7FS#oi.spuorg|licnuoC-7FS
